TT – Third Thursday

Third Thursday är ett samarbete mellan designenheten vid HDK-Valand och St Agnes kafé på museet. Tanken är att erbjuda en informell mötesplats tredje torsdagen varje månad. Samtalen hålls på engelska.

Welcome to the second Third Thursday event 2023, a new informal meeting place for the design community in Gothenburg and beyond! This Thursday the invited guests are students at the Embedded Design Program, year 1, who will share and display their recent work in Frihamnen – a mobile outdoor kitchen developed in collaboration with Prototyping Gothenburg.

Third Thursday is a collaboration between the design unit at HDK-Valand and St Agnes cafe at the museum. The idea is to provide an informal meeting place every third Thursday, each month. We will invite inspiring guests that share their design work, first through a short lecture, followed by mingling. A small exhibition will also be arranged to trigger the conversations. Third Thursday is open to everyone but has a particular framing on explorative design methods.
