Clairvoyant machines

A study circle led by Gloria López Cleries

The study circle analyses and activates a selection of artefacts from the new permanent exhibition Design Stories. These objects have something in common: they represent the blind trust and fascination we have for technology, even though we rarely understand how they work.

The study circle will explore their materiality and the dominant narratives they embody. Through this process, we aim to uncover the hidden stories these objects might tell. The results of the sessions will be incorporated into the permanent exhibition as an audio guide that will lead the audience into a speculative and transcendental activation of the selected objects in dialogue with Design Stories.
